We offer store credit for returns, not cash refunds or exchanges, as we cannot guarantee the future availability of any particular product. This makes it important to act fast—don’t miss out on your favorites!
What We Can Return:
We assume and up to 14 Day delivery period for customers to receive their items. Which theirs generally 21 days from the date of purchase to complete and exchange for store credit. All items must be in their original states. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team with your order number handy to discuss your order and arrange a return.
Exclusions:
Natural products, beauty items, undergarments, intimate apparel (including but not limited to socks and stockings), personalized products, memberships or online courses and commissioned art are non-returnable. All digital sales are final.
